RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS
All purchases from haranabeachwear.com, except those marked as a sale or bought with a discount coupon, are eligible for a full refund (for store credit only) if returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original bag. Items on sale, purchased at a discount of 20% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, or store credit. Harana Beachwear always reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Please reach out to Harana Team at info@haranabeachwear.com and we will assist you. Once your return is approved you will be able to return your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item at our warehouse it can take up to 15 business days to process your return, then you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed, including your store credit as a form of a gift card with no expiration date.
Harana Beachwear will not process any refund if the items shipped back to us are not send in the conditions specified above.
NOTE: Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders going outside of Switzerland. If you are returning an item, a shipping fee of 15 USD will be adjusted to the final amount and deducted from the original order amount at the time of refund.
EXCHANGES
Harana Beachwear will gladly allow any full-priced swimwear or apparel item to be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original bags.
Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:
• Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise initiate your exchange contacting info@aharanabeachwear.com to request your new size/color. Please allow 1-2 business day for processing
•Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and bags. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not postmarked within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color. In that case, you will receive store credit as a form of a gift card for the item returned.
HARANA BEACHWEAR is not responsible for shipping costs.
Sale items purchased at a discount of 20% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund or store credit. If you need an exchange for items purchased on sales, please notify it to customer service via email to info@haranabeachwear.com, we will help you to have the product you need if it is still in stock. Customers will have to take care of shipping costs to exchange items purchased on sales.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
All products are quality checked before sending out, however in the unlikely event you believe the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@haranabeachwear.com with photos of the fault within 7 days of your purchase. We will gladly issue you with an exchange of your choice or a full refund.
