All our orders are shipped by The Swiss Post from our facility in Switzerland, using carbon-neutral options.

We ship to almost every country in the world except for Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Algeria, Oman, and Tunisia.

International orders may experience an increased delay as some regions are currently in lockdown and The Swiss Post, our international shipping partner, is reporting that this is impacting their deliveries to and from the affected regions and countries. In some cases, couriers have cancelled collection, storage, and deliveries entirely.

All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or Swiss Public Holidays. You can refer to our shipping policy for further details on timeframes depending on your specific location. However, most international orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

At the moment, we offer express next day delivery only in Switzerland.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 2-3 days to update.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

Please be aware that Wholesome Culture does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

Generally, we are unable to make manual changes. However, if the order has not been shipped yet, it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately contact our Customer Care team with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our online store locations.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

There are a few potential reasons why this happened:

  1. The address provided was incorrect or information was missing.
  2. The item is waiting to be collected but wasn’t picked up within the allotted time.
  3. The addressee was not available at the time of delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, if your parcel is in-transit for a long time, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage.

If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify that the address you provided is correct
  2. Check with your neighbours
  3. Contact your local post office
  4. Email us at info@haranabeachwear.com for support

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.

United Arab Emirates orders must provide a PO box address or the item will not be delivered.

You will pay the postage to ship back.

Please email us at info@haranabeachwear.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can fix this up ASAP!

What you may be seeing is an authorisation. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorisation will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorisation. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please only click the ‘Complete Order’ button once during checkout and allow this to finish processing to avoid duplicate orders being placed.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact our Customer Care team.

If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping from a new browser or using a different payment method such as PayPal. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please contact our Customer Care team.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@haranabeachwear.com with your order number, full name and reason for return within 14 days.
Once we receive your return request, we will respond to confirm your return, along with a returns form to include in your parcel.

Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow these simple steps to keeping them clean and fresh:

– Do not iron or leave in the sun
– Hand wash for best condition or place in care bag and gentle cold wash in machine
– Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry
– Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments
– Do not leave in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade and damage on some products

Our products are designed at our new Headquarter in Chexbres, Switzerland and develop at our facilities in Maracay, Venezuela.

Harana Beachwear bikinis and swimsuits are designed in Switzerland and manufactured in Venezuela and Indonesia. We are unable to name our manufacturing partners for privacy reasons, but we can confirm that our international partners and factories are ethical and fair trade and are inspected on a regular basis.

Yes! It’s important to us that you feel good about wearing our swimsuits and accessories, and using our products. That’s why we ensure they’re always ethically and responsibly made.

We want to protect the planet as best we can – but we’re not perfect. While we’re proud of our current ethical and eco-friendly manufacturing practices, we’re always striving to do better.

We do currently make some of our swimwear in part with classic nylon – a material that contains microplastics and is therefore not environmentally friendly. It’s our mission to help our babes to spark special moments that would grow into unforgettable memorie, so we want our swimsuits to be accessible – but that can’t come at the expense of our values.

That’s why we’re working to transition to making all our products out of 100 percent organic cotton and/or recycled materials.

But change takes time, so to start, our goals for 2021 is to make 60 percent of our products using 100% organic cotton, or recycled materials,
