All our orders are ship by the Swiss Post from our facility in Switzerland using carbon-neutral shipment option. Harana Beachwear offers free express carbon-neutral shipping on all orders within Switzerland and free standard carbon-neutral shipping to all orders going to almost any destination in the world. For now, Harana isn’t available in and doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

Please allow 1-3 business day for order processing (orders are not processed on the weekend), with the exception of Gift Cards and Pre-Orders. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. A signature may be required on orders over $400.
Orders that include Pre-Order items will ship at one time as one order when the Pre-Order items are in-stock. The in-stock date listed on Pre-Order product pages may change at any time and is the estimated date the item will become in-stock and ship out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duty, customs tariffs, and vat are set by the destination country. Harana Beachwear cannot reimburse customs in any capacity. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.
Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.
